BACKGROUND

Founded in 1992, AveryHess Realtors is a full-service residential real estate firm headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Serving the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas, the firm had five offices and roughly 100 agents at the time of engagement. In 2017, AveryHess Realtors sought the expertise of BlueFusion Creative & Marketing Group to update and modernize its brand and marketing strategy to stay competitive in the dynamic real estate market.

 

APPROACH

BlueFusion initiated an extensive brand research process through focus group meetings, phone calls, and questionnaires involving various stakeholders such as home buyers and sellers, real estate clients, current and former agents, managers, senior executive leadership, and business partners. This comprehensive approach allowed BlueFusion to conduct a competitive market analysis, identifying  AveryHess's strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities.

     Based on these insights, BlueFusion executed a complete brand overhaul. This included redesigning the company's logoS to reflect a more contemporary look and feel, developing a brand standards guide, and creating a messaging map.

     All marketing materials, including signage, business cards, collateral, brochures, and mailers, were redesigned. BlueFusion also revamped the AveryHess website and updated their social media channels. To enhance the firm's market presence, BlueFusion launched digital and print ad campaigns and produced client testimonial videos and 30-second spots.

RESULTS

The collaboration with BlueFusion yielded outstanding results for AveryHess. The firm experienced an increase in brand awareness and market share, which helped lead to the opening of two additional offices (a 40% increase). Agent retention improved, and the company successfully recruited a higher number of new agents. AveryHess Realtors also won numerous real estate performance awards and consistently ranked among the top three in terms of productivity per agent in the region.

    AveryHess Realtors also became a member of Leading RE: Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, further enhancing its reputation. And the firm has experienced consistent year-over-year growth, assisting more home buyers, sellers, and investors in achieving their real estate goals than ever before.

 

The strategic partnership with BlueFusion not only revitalized AveryHess's brand but also positioned the firm for sustained success in a competitive market.
